A lovely little property with a very efficient service provided by the Hedera Estate. The owner is very proud of her property, really friendly and helpful. Description extremely accurate and everything very new and fresh. Really enjoyed our stay in the Lapad Bay Area with everything you need close by. Bus service into the old town really easy to use & convenient.

The villa was booked for 8 people ,only enough sun beds for 5 people asked about getting some more the answer was no,the kitchen preparation area was small,the toaster was for 2,lovely BBQ area but no utensils. Lack of furniture in the bedrooms no where to put your cloths once you had unpacked. A number of light bulbs had gone including one in the downstairs shower room informed reception nothing done about it. Air con in the upper bedrooms kept going off ,again reported but not fixed. The pool was meant to be cleaned on the third day this did not happen. The villa is in a lovely location and with a bit more care and attention it would rate 5 stars. The lady who met us at the villa Martina was a great help in recommending restaurants and the best time to visit Dubrovnik to miss the crowds. No restaurant near the villa.

I booked this villa for a 4 night stay as my sister was getting married in the Old Town. The villa was very clean and modern. There was a basketball net and table tennis table for the children which they loved. Unfortunately, the heating was not working in the swimming pool so it was too cold for the children to spend time in it which was the main reason we opted for a villa instead of a hotel nearer the wedding venue. I did feel that the villa was a bit further away from the Old Town than I would have liked and also the local taxi service did not know the address so we had to walk to a pick up point when we needed a taxi. I would definitely recommend visitors to hire a car to get around the beautiful island of Dubrovnik. Overall, the villa was extremely clean and I would recommend this villa to friends.

Perfect for what we needed as a base for a week. All the facilities that we required with easy access on the buses to other local areas. Only slight down side was the check out, however, it was on a religious event, so probably a one off rather than the norm, as checking in was excellent. Would recommend to others and happily return in future years

Unparalleled view! Spectacular. Interior was as advertised, however the second bedroom is VERY small and would be more suitable for a couple of kids rather than a couple of mature people. The bed was really a sofa-bed. That caveat should be noted on the website. Also wish the property had been better equipped. Things like BBQ tongs, a few basic cupboard items, better quality outdoor table, chairs, umbrellas etc. would have been appreciated. Had a great time...loved Dubrovnik and all of the extra service provided by the owners.

The apartment, Hedera Estates A6, is situated 20metres from the Stradum, when visiting Dubrovnik you could not ask for a better location. Everything needed for your stay was provided, the two missing items a kettle and hairdryer were replaced with a new kettle and hairdryer the following day by the owners. The only drawback is the four flights of stairs to the loft apartment but at least we didnt have to carry the cases up this being done by the owners after collecting us from the airport. Both very friendly helpful guys. When visiting again we would not hesitate in staying there.

An excellent location for an apartment moments away from the tourist spots and beach areas. Very handy for afternoon siesta to refresh yourself before heading out for evening meals. Apart from the flights of stairs up, a good all round enjoyable stay.
