House Hedera is a lovely property situated in Pobrežje, on a hill above Mokošica and Rijeka dubrovačka. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, it is ideal for guests who prefer to stay away from the busy center of Dubrovnik but still within only about a 7-minute drive. This house is convenient for families or friends who want to spend a peaceful holiday in a stylish home in a rural area.
House Hedera is a modern property that can accommodate up to 8+2 guests. It consists of a semi-detached house on two levels plus a separate standalone annex unit located in the courtyard. In total, the property offers 4 bedrooms, an open-plan living room / dining room / kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, a balcony, a private swimming pool, and parking.
The ground floor of the main house contains 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed and the other with two single beds 90x200 cm), a bathroom with shower, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The newly built infinity swimming pool and main terrace are right outside the spacious living room, and on the front patio there is a BBQ (charcoal) and a table for 8.
Heading upstairs to the first floor of the main house, guests will find the third bedroom (160x200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom also leads onto a 30 m² balcony with an outdoor lounge and amazing views of the sea, Gruž Harbour, and Lapad peninsula.
Annex Unit:
Accessible directly from the courtyard as a completely separate private unit, the annex features a 4th bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning, and nightstands, as well as its own private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
House Hedera has a private parking place outside.

Several rent-a-car companies are available at Dubrovnik Airport, and it is recommended to book in advance. The nearest supermarket and ATM are 2.5 km away.
House Hedera sleeps 8 (+2). Possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of sofa bed costs 20 € per person per night.
