Functional apartment and well located in the heart of the Hamlet du Lay, but old. Would require a renovation to be pleasant to live (tiny living room, large room with storage but old carpet and outdated decoration)

Apartment in accordance with the announcement. Quiet building and well located compared to access to the ski area. General condition and property of the unsatisfactory apartment. An upgrade of the apartment is needed to make it an accommodation to recommend.
