Excellent location and owners were lovely Very accommodating and helpful Great area to have as a base for going to various places for day trips within 45 minutes travel

We had a lovely stay at the property, however a guide book on the villa (appliances, local area ie shop locations, hospitals, medical centres, suggested places to visit) would have been very useful. It is in a lovely hamlet but there is no where to go in evenings without driving. The owner and his mother were very generous with their home grown vegetables which was much appreciated. You need to be aware if you come with young children, the wall around the garden is very low and easily climbed over straight on to the road. A sliding gate or fence panel would be nice to give total privacy around pool. Darian the key holder is very quick answering any questions you have regarding the villa if the owner is not around. Highly recommend Luna restaurant in Prodol but be aware portions are very generous! We had a very relaxing time at Villa Marija.

Advised that would be met at apartment with keys, after hour wait was told had to get to company offices for keys (contrary to communication), fortunately had car to make 15 min car journey. Bins in apartment not emptied, no batteries in remotes, no change of bedding for 2 weeks stay

Quit place, great pool, house has all the nessasary arrangments for a good stay. Very friendly owner.

Although a nice Villa it is difficult to justify the price. On arrival the pool was not clean (the water was OK) but the surrounds were dirty and the infinity overflow had apparently not worked for a long time according to the poolman as the owner would not replace the necessary pump and the basin was filthy. . There was an infestation of ants in the Villa and also no cleaning/maid services were offered during our stay of three weeks which only became apparent once we had paid in full and we received details. The first week was spent addressing these problems through messages and 3 visits to Interhome in Javea. The pool was eventually cleaned during the start of our second week. We did receive one cleaning service mid holiday after complaining. It seems rather ridiculous for no automatic weekly cleaning service. The ant issue was addressed during the second week also it is obviously an issue with the development as they were entering the Villa through the wiring but wasn't helped when we later discovered an old food package in the lounge under the couch. In addition to this we were accused by Interhome of running the A/C and leaving all the windows open. A complete lie which I took as a personal insult and if they want to provide details of the electrical bill during our stay I am sure it will be evidence of such. My complaint was addressed by Interhome and replied to with a rebate of GBP135 (1% of the total cost) with no apology at all. It obviously means more to them than me so I told them to keep the money, maybe they can give it to a local charity. Having visited Javea for many years I will not let this experience sour my love of the place but will revert to previous providers of accommodation who always gave me satisfaction

What a wonderful holiday. The Property was superb one of the best holiday experiences we have had, the facilities and property were all immaculate. The owner and team supporting us on arrival were a pleasure to meet. We would recommend anyone looking for a holiday in the area to pick this villa, I couldn't recommend it more highly and would give 5 stars all day long for every aspect of the experience!!

Beautiful property - exactly as shown on the photos. The area was lovely and felt very safe. We had such an amazing 4 week stay at this property and it really felt like home. My only negative is we couldn’t use the outside BBQ area as much as we’d like due to the pond attracting so many mosquitoes. Bar that the property was perfect.

Absolutely perfect vacation if you eant to escape from crowdy places, if you like nature, calm places this is for you. The sea has crystal water and the option to have your private sea access is amazing. The house has several options to relax, love it!

Lovely traditional villa in a beautiful traditional location. Very relaxing, just what we were wanting from this holiday.
