We stayed at this property for a week and unfortunately experienced a number of significant issues which affected our holiday. On arrival there was no water pressure, making it difficult to wash or shower properly. More seriously, the heating system was not functioning for the majority of our stay. Temporary portable heaters were eventually provided, however these repeatedly overloaded the electrical system, causing several power outages and making it almost impossible to use the property normally. We were also expected to reset the power boars ourselves. Throughout the week technicians attended every day in attempts to resolve the problems, which caused ongoing disruption to what should have been a relaxing family holiday. The main heating system was only restored towards the end of our stay. During heavy rain, water also entered the main bedroom through the patio doors, which required further maintenance attention. We were travelling with a three-month-old baby, so the lack of reliable heating and repeated power failures made matters particularly challenging. That said, the local technicians were polite as well as embarrassed and did their best to help when attending the property. Following our complaint during and after the stay, Interhome ultimately reviewed the matter and reached a fair settlement. The property itself has potential, the situation and views are magnificent, but our experience was seriously overshadowed by the daily maintenance issues encountered during the week.

There was no meet and greet. We had to travel from Benalmádena to Torremolinos to get keys from security box, with all our luggage. I have photos of the state of the apartment. Cheese grater FILTHY hardened cheese on the inside and black on the outside. Plates that had food stuck to them as they hadn’t been washed. Ants all over the work tops where it was so sticky. The dust on the floor where we swept it all up and had a lovely pile of dust. Overall it wasn’t very nice. As for the agents Interhome was not very customer friendly. They were not in the office when we called round. They had extended they’re bank holiday. This was a complete shame as it was my 65th birthday celebrations. Not much to celebrate. But I do have photos of the mess of the apartment, definitely was not worth the money. Hoping for a refund. Regards Patricia Mead Terry Rodd

first let me say the apartment is lovely, no complaints with deco or anything, we are both pensioners, we arrived in the evening and couldnt get in, we tried and tried, we were very tired from traveling, we rang for help they first tried to tell us over the phone how to open it, when that didnt work some-one came to help us, once in the apartment the first thing i noticed was traffic noise all night, then on the second day we had to get someone to help us get in again, for the next five days everytime we came in we found it hard sometimes it would take us up to 15 min. to get in, then there were the ants, ant spray was available, so they must have had them before, after six days out of our 12 day stay we left, paying again to stay some where else, i came on holiday to relax and while i was there i felt stressed and tired lack of sleep due to traffic noise and we were given one toilet roll for a 12 day stay, when i asked in the office i was told we are only allowed to give out basics, there is no mention of traffic all around the apartment in the description, it was all really upsetting

This was a lovely stay with a group of friends. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was really great with everyone getting their own. There was everything there that we needed, the kitchen was sufficiently supplied with utensils, we tended to eat out most of the time as there was a wonderful choice in the surrounding area - tip - try the local Italian on the corner about 100m away so easy to walk home, their food is so tasty. The furniture and fittings are looking a bit tired and may need an update soon but we were very happy so much so we’ve booked for next year. Pool lovely and garden lovely to relax in. Great area, lovely beach walks on your doorstep.

A beautiful, well kept Villa in wonderful surroundings. Exquisite vistas from so many angels over the rolling hills above Estoi. Tranquil with very little around to disturb. Short drives to most major areas and convenient for the airport. Lots of space for any family, excellent pool for size and depth. Could not recommend this place enough.

The home itself was great. Just what we needed for 2 people. However the wifi didn't work and there was no aircon - just a small fan. We weren't supplied any toilet paper at all and weren't informed that bedding was to be asked for as an added extra. There's also ongoing construction to the next door building that - although no fault of the owner of blue house - we would have liked to be informed of before booking.

Loved it. It would benfit from better lounge seating- eg a corner sofa so 3-4 people can sit in comfort and relax

great location, bars and cafe's close by and the beach is a couple of minutes away, definately stay here again

The Address given in the joining instructions was not accurate which meant we had to call the concierge to guide us to the villa. However, the concierge Marie Louise was very helpful throughout our stay. The booking process was complicated by the fact that Interhome who it appears was the agent were remote and could not provide adequate answers to questions we had and referred us to the owner. Otherwise the property was comfortable and well maintained
