A large house with lots of privacy. However, regular odor nuisance from the paper factory is close by. Beautiful surroundings with forest and beach accessible via steep slope or stairs.

We stay every year here and enjoy the peace and quiet afforded with this location and property. The large garden is perfect for our dog and the house is private and spacious and handy for the beach and woods.

Last tenants of season so Villa had been "used". There is a distinct lack of upkeep to this property, and we have told the local Interhome office at Mimizan Plage about ismall issues which have not been attended to from the previous year. On the whole this property suited us due to its garden and location, and we have rebooked.
