Beautiful garden and beautiful pool in a very quiet area. But old building: a lot of catch HS, sea to 6km by car (the 2 km, it is as the crow flies), too many pines from where not very sunny swimming pool and MUCH of mosquitos. 2 days of indoor and outdoor cleaning. Tub full of rust, with apparently putty to seal holes. Leaking water in the bathroom had to put towels on the floor and change them daily. Plumber came after 2 days of waiting. Superb exterior, unusable for lack of maintenance. Outside tables with a layer of dirt such as it took 20 rinses to come pretty much...
