Smelly and persistent odors in this dirty neighborhood and where parking is very difficult. The apartment, certainly large, lacks however equipment: covered in insufficient number (5 forks!), No toaster, no internet connection (inadmissible today!), No air conditioning. Note the incessant barking of several dogs in the neighborhood

I think that if you had to improve, you just have to talk about air conditioning and satellite TV (some channel in other languages than Portuguese and English)
