The whole infrastructure of the village with its numerous supermarkets, restaurants and other stores is within walking distance.
The apartment has on the second floor a covered balcony with northeast orientation adjacent to the air-conditioned living room and on the second floor, to the side of the large air-conditioned bedroom, a roof terrace with northeast and another with southwest orientation. In summer, the shaded outdoor areas are of high importance, while in the rest of the year the 22 m² sun terrace offers an alternative to staying at the beach. The use of WLAN is free of charge.
