Spread over four levels, it offers many common spaces: three living rooms with comfortable sofas in front of large fireplaces and three fully equipped kitchens. Each room has its own bathroom. In the garden: an area equipped for outdoor dining, directly under a large shade table. Children can play on the large lawns. By the pool you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the valley. The property is located under the medieval castle, absolutely interesting to visit on foot. In the historic village of Lari there are small stores where you can sell the best products of local tradition. Within a radius of 25-30 km are the beautiful cities of Pisa with its famous Piazza die Miracoli, Lucca with its imposing city walls, the Pisan coast with its vast beaches. Casciana Terme offers rest and relaxation at the baths just 7 km away. Not to be missed are the many interesting small museums of the region: the Piaggio Museum in Pontedera, which tells the story of the legendary Vespa, the naturalistic museum of the Certosa di Calci, the largest freshwater aquarium in Italy and in Vinci the Leonardo Museum. Inside the property there are 2 parking spaces, other cars can be parked outside the gate in the public parking (250 m). Adjacent to the house the villa, occasionally inhabited by the owners. Garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests.
