Villa Yanko is a luxurious modern villa located in peaceful natural surroundings above Tučepi on the stunning Makarska Riviera. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, olive groves, and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the Biokovo Mountains, the villa offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and authentic Dalmatian charm.

The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation. Guests can enjoy a spacious 45 m² heated infinity pool for adults, as well as a 20 m² heated infinity pool for children (0.30 m deep). The pool area is complemented by comfortable sun loungers, a pebble beach-style relaxation zone, an outdoor shower, a children’s sandpit, and a large lawn behind the house, ideal for outdoor activities and family games.

The terrace is equipped with elegant garden furniture, a parasol, and sun loungers where guests can unwind while enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. A second terrace features a barbecue area with all the necessary facilities, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying long summer evenings with family and friends.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 +2 guests. The ground floor features a bedroom with a private bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-quality appliances, a dining area, and a spacious living room with a large TV and a long dining table that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

A special highlight of the living room is the “Rock Corner”, equipped with a guitar and microphones, where guests can enjoy music and have fun singing their favorite songs.

The villa also features a beautiful open gallery overlooking the pool and the sea, adding to the airy and elegant architectural design.

On the upper floor there are three stylish bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and a private bathroom featuring two sinks and a hydro-massage shower. Each bedroom also has access to a covered terrace leading to Yanko’s pavilion, where guests can relax while watching the stars at night or boats sailing toward the harbor of Makarska during the day.

Villa Yanko offers excellent parking facilities, including a garage with two parking spaces and an additional private parking area with up to six extra spaces.

Guests can enjoy the surrounding garden and olive grove, where seasonal fruits, herbs, figs, and tomatoes grow, offering an authentic taste and fragrance of Mediterranean nature.

For guests who wish to explore the spectacular natural beauty of the Biokovo Mountains in a more active way, bicycles can be arranged upon prior request.

Location

Villa Yanko is located in Tučepi (Šimići 6), one of the most beautiful destinations on the Makarska Riviera. This famous coastal region stretches for 59 km along the Adriatic Sea, offering crystal-clear water, beautiful pebble beaches, and impressive mountain scenery.

Just a short drive away is the lively town of Makarska, the cultural and tourist center of the Riviera, known for its seaside promenades, charming old town, and historical landmarks.

Nature lovers and adventure seekers will enjoy visiting Biokovo Nature Park, located only minutes from the villa. The park is home to Sveti Jure (1,762 m), the highest peak of the Biokovo mountain range and one of the most impressive viewpoints in Croatia.

The Makarska Riviera enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with hot sunny summers and mild winters. The region records more than 2,700 hours of sunshine per year, making it one of the sunniest and warmest areas in Croatia. Sea temperatures range from 23°C to 27°C in summer, providing ideal conditions for swimming and water activities.

Guests can also visit the Malacological Museum in the Franciscan Monastery in Makarska, which houses one of the richest shell collections in the world.

One of the most famous beaches in Croatia, Punta Rata in Brela, is located not far from the villa and is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Surrounded by pine forests and crystal-clear sea, it offers a perfect escape for swimming and relaxation.
