Internal staircase between the floors. On the fenced plot you will find a swimming pool with integrated whirlpool for 4 people, a barbecue and a volleyball court with sand. The owner's family lives in the second semi-detached house. A garage space and four parking spaces are available on the property. The main tourist centres of Split, Trogir, Ibenik and Makarska are about half an hour's drive away. Rafting and horse riding excursions are available for a fee.
