This beautiful and exclusive property in a good location, not far from the medieval town of Tinjan, invites you to relax and feel good. On the 4000 m2 large, well-maintained property there are three well-equipped residential units. They all consist of living area and kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Bathroom no. 6 is in a separate building in the garden. The apartments also have a shared outdoor pool, sauna and gym. 5 bicycles are available, with which guests can explore the beautiful area and other parts of Istria. The property is almost 100 years old, but was completely renovated in 2007 and furnished with tasteful and rustic furniture. Visit Tinjan, which is known as the town of dried ham - Prsut. You can explore this area very well on hiking or biking trails, here you can do both equally well, relax or spend an active vacation. We recommend you to visit the wine roads of the region and the picturesque small towns inland and of course the famous bathing beaches of Rabac and Opatija on the east coast. You should also visit the Cave Baredine! Explore the small, medieval towns in the area such as Motovun, where the annual international film festival takes place at the end of July, or Hum, considered the smallest town in the world.
