Through a gate in the private garden and a staircase you can reach the lake, the beaches and the historic centre of Gargnano (150 m) in 5 minutes. The stairs to the lake and the small path from the car park are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The garden of the holiday home has a completely private area, which is separated by a small gate, as well as a shared area with another house. The picturesque villages on the lake can also be reached by boat (500 m). There are several options for sports enthusiasts: Canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, diving, tennis (at 100 m ), trekking, mountain biking, horse riding. Nearby there are nature parks and water parks - fun for young and old. Art lovers can visit the Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera and the new museum of Salò (MU.SA.).
