Le Pouldu is a lively "family" seaside resort. The south coast of the department of Finistère (or Breton "Penn Ar Bed") consists of an alternation of rugged cliffs and beautiful sandy beaches. The hinterland, which is rich in sights such as menhirs and dolmens known from the Asterix and Obelix comics, provides variety.
