There is a rocky creak 100 metres away from the villa and the nearest small sandy beach is just 2.5km with a unique rocky arch that gives it its name: Plage de la Roche Percée. The beach is accessible on foot along the coastal path. It takes about 25min, or you can drive there in a handful of minutes. Alternatively, there is the larger Plage du Pouldu beach under ten minutes by car.

With its abundance of facilities and incredible position overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on this beautiful stretch of Brittany’s south coast between Concarneau and Lorient, this villa is a very attractive prospect for a holiday to remember.

The indoor heated pool and hot tub offer the perfect place for relaxation, whatever the weather, any time of the year. In warmer weather sliding doors open onto the outdoor terrace which enjoys afternoon and evening sunshine is a bliss.

The property is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style while retaining a traditional feel, offering a number of relaxing areas for sea gazing, reading a book, sunbathe on one of the terraces including a terrace on the first floor, a real sun trap or a great spot to watch the sun set over the ocean.

The garden, is mostly flat then on a gentle slope towards the sea and mainly grassed which is great for children wanting to let off steam in relative safety.

The nearest restaurant is just 600 metres away (Le Rive Gauche) with river view. More choice of restaurants in Doelan 2.5km, Clohars-Carnoët 3.5km or Moëlan sur Mer (8km). The nearest bakery and supermarket are in the village of Clohars-Carnoët (4.5km). You will find a larger choice of shops and restaurants in Moëlan sur Mer (8km). The wonderful village of Pont Aven with numerous art galleries and renowned for its biscuits is 20km away and the walled town of Concarneau 39km.

The ferry port of Roscoff is two hours’ drive away with sailings to and from Plymouth.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

• Bed linen, towels (pool towels not included) and one bathrobe per bathroom.
• Electricity: average allowance included. If over usage this will be payable locally.
• Kitchen towels, table cloth, cleaning kit (dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, sponges, kitchen towel, cleaning products, etc).
• Cot (including linen), high chair, baby bath and stair gate available on request and if available. Please check at the time of booking.

OBLIGATORY CHARGES PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL:

• End of stay cleaning 180€.
• Holiday tax: The amount may vary from one year to another. Please ask at the time of booking.
• Refundable security deposit: 400€ or £350 refunded on departure.

OPTIONAL PRE-BOOKABLE EXTRAS, PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL:

• Beach towel hire 5€ per towel.
• Mid stay bed linen and bath towel change 100€.
• Mid stay cleaning 35€ per hour.
• Pets: Small pets only allowed 30€ per animal per week.
