We have just returned from a perfect stay in this villa. We were a family of 7. The owners are very lovely and helpful people. We requested cushions for the sunbeds around the pool as they were hard to lay on and became very hot in the sun and the owners bought some for us the next day. The villa location is great, no car is needed as there are many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the marina within a 15 minute walk. The villa is very well designed, 4 good sized bedrooms, all with bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this villa and will be booking it again.

We had a long journey home but it was worth it to stay at the Villa Littoral! You were completely right when you described the Villas location. We loved it! It was amazing to lie in bed and hear the ocean waves. And the views from the Villa are just incredible. The secret door that led down to the beach was wonderful. Our little dog loved it, she would sit waiting every morning until the tide went out then go down on the beach to play! The Villa itself was clean and tidy and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. We only used one bedroom, but all the bedrooms were large and appropriately nautically furnished. The heating (which we only needed a couple of nights) was a little erratic. Only the radiators upstairs worked, but it was fine, we just put a big jumper on! The key holder who met us on arrival was very nice, but due to the language barrier a little difficult to get hold of. That is where you came in and arranged for the owner to check us out early on the day of our departure. Your service has been superb throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. I would highly recommend your company to anyone looking for good old fashioned service and attention to detail. Thank you for making our holiday amazing, one we won’t forget in a hurry.

Well, what can I say, we had a wonderful break at Villa Oceane. The owners were really helpful and extremely considerate hosts. From accommodating an early drop off of luggage and then an early check-in to being available for any queries that we had. The villa itself was immaculate and exactly as described on the website. We spent many an enjoyable day by the pool. The location was perfect, the marina, with an excellent selection of restaurants, was only a 15 minute walk away. There were ample supermarkets within 15 minute walk as well so you really could have the best of both worlds. As for days out, the train station was a 15 minute walk, where you could get the train to Cannes, Antibes, Nice or Monaco to name a few places. Although we didn’t use the bus there were bus stops to Nice and Cannes only a 5 minute walk away. Overall, our group thoroughly enjoyed our break at Villa Oceane and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a break in the French Riviera.

Exceptional villa with pool. We really enjoyed our stay and also the convenient distances to Nice, Eze, Antibes. It was approximately 15 minutes walk to the train station. 10 minutes walk to the marina. The marina had a number of restaurants with reasonable prices. Some days we used UBER to travel to Nice. Approximately 20 euros. I would definitely recommend the villa for a private relaxing setting.

We had a wonderful family holiday staying at villa Oceane. It was a beautiful place with tasteful decoration. The pool was brilliant fun for all the family and we had all of the amenities that were listed. Nadine was also very responsive if we had any questions.

Everything went very well during our stay at Villa Littoral! We were delighted to return and see that the renovations have enhanced its value even more. Especially in the kitchen, which is very functional and well-stocked with utensils! The new windows are a plus. The bathroom is also very pleasant! However, a second bathroom on the ground floor would be very useful. We were so comfortable in this villa that we wanted to stay there as long as possible. The proximity to the port and its shops is perfect. My children and I are planning to return as soon as possible. I also wanted to tell you that the key holder is always so welcoming and efficient.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The property was spacious, very clean, and well kept, making it a perfect base for our trip. The pool was a real highlight for us — a great size and ideal for relaxing or cooling off. The owners were excellent hosts: friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. The location was also very convenient, with the train station, beach, marina, and supermarket all within walking distance. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had an incredible week at villa Oceane with family. The house is spacious enough for everyone to have their private space with beautiful common areas, including the huge living room / kitchen, balcony and the BBQ in the garden with the pool. Everything at the house was perfect and the place itself was absolutely spotless. Nadine and her family were very welcoming. Overall, it was a true pleasure to stay in the house and meet Nadine and her family — we hope to be back again.

We had a fantastic time. Patricia and Anne was super kind explaining the house, you can see they love it so much and are super proud of it. The house was a dream so big, lots of space and more than enough kitchen supplies. The only issue, but which is small was the bathroom with so many people it was not practical it could do with another shower room downstairs. The bathroom itself got quite wet on the floor outside of shower it did not drain away quickly, we had to mop the floor after the showers. An outdoor shower would be good to remove the sand from the beach. The secret stairs to the beach was fantastic, we was on the beach all times of day, with tide in and out. I have already recommended the Villa to friends. Overall I would give a 10/10.

My family and I would like to thank you for arranging our holiday at Villa Littoral in Brittany which we thoroughly enjoyed for the week. The position of the villa looking out to the sea was beautiful and couldn’t be beaten. The villa was clean and tidy inside and out with good sized rooms both upstairs and downstairs. It would have been better if there was two bathrooms as our party of eight could have done with another one. However it didn’t spoil our enjoyment in any way. We were very lucky with the hot weather for the week and the private stairs from the garden that led down directly to the small beach below was exceptional. The owner and key holder were easily able to be contacted if necessary. Again many thanks for arranging everything.
