Villa Littoral faces the Atlantic Ocean and the Ile de Groix and the location is truly wonderful with a beach on your doorstep. From the house you can walk to the restaurants, bars and bakery all within a ten-minute walk. Just behind the property also runs a coastal path and there are a lot of great walks and bike rides to be had.

6 km away is the small town of Ploemeur with wonderful unspoiled scenery and a great place to relax and discover this wonderful part of southern Brittany with numerous beaches and small coves.
There are also excellent coastal scenery, lovely sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages and opportunities for hiking, biking, horse riding and more nearby.

Enclosed garden. Direct access to the beach located below the house. Please note that there are no handrails for the steps leading to the beach so care must be taken.

Terrace 1: Off the living/dining room and ground floor bedroom. Table, chairs, parasol and portable charcoal barbecue. Sun loungers.
Terrace 2: Accessed through the first terrace by a short path and offering stunning sea views.
Parking for several cars.

Included in the rental:
Bed linen (towels are not provided so please bring your own).
Water and electricity.
Cleaning: The property must be left clean (kitchen, dishes done and put away, bins emptied and all linen put together). Failing that an additional charge may apply.

Payable on arrival:
Refundable security deposit: 400€ (cash) refunded on departure.

Small dogs only welcome and are not allowed on the first floor. Please enquire at time of booking.

Check-in on Saturday between 4pm-8pm. Late arrivals can be arranged but must be requested at least a month in advance. Checkout before 10am.

We had a long journey home but it was worth it to stay at the Villa Littoral! You were completely right when you described the Villas location. We loved it! Everything went very well during our stay at Villa Littoral! We were delighted to return and see that the renovations have enhanced its value even more. Especially in the kitchen, which is very functional and well-stocked with utensils! The new windows are a plus. The bathroom is also very pleasant! However, a second bathroom on the ground floor...

We had a fantastic time. Patricia and Anne was super kind explaining the house, you can see they love it so much and are super proud of it. The house was a dream so big, lots of space and more than enough kitchen supplies. The only issue, but which is small was the bathroom with so many people it was not practical it could do with another shower...
