Luxurious villa in a peaceful location with distant sea views. The villa is finished to the highest standards and is situated at the foot of Babadag mountain with breathtaking scenery.
Living/dining
A private driveway leads to the entrance of the property with open plan lounge, dining area and beautiful kitchen with gemstone tops. The living area has a wood burning stove, two large top sofas and coffee table. The dining area hosts a six seater table and sideboard. The central section has been kept open for you to enjoy the stunning views over Babadag and the sea in the distance.
Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen is complete with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, water dispenser, microwave, food processor, slow cooker and juicer. We love cooking and have an extensive range of kitchen equipment for your use.
First floor bedrooms
Follow the spotlights up the marble stairwell to the bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms have been individually designed so you can decide which one appeals. Choose from romantic "Provence" with shabby chic white furniture; or you may prefer "Shanghai" with beautiful Chinese rosewood and its en-suite bathroom; Cape Cod has a large single bed and shares a bathroom with Provence. These bedrooms lead out onto the large terrace with seating. Relax over morning coffee looking at the views, or have a sundowner watching the beautiful sunsets.
Master penthouse
Up a further flights of stairs and you reach the penthouse suite. One side boasts the bedroom area amd dressing table. The other side has two full sliding wardrobes and is currently used for yoga/pilates. There is space for a folding bed and/or a travel cot, so it is ideal as a family room. Adjacent to the bed is a free standing roll top bath, complete with a rack to hold a book and a wine glass! This room has a beautiful en-suite shower room and a private terrace with seating.
Outdoor area
Outside the villa, the full length sliding doors lead out to the pool, dining and seating area. There is a large circular dining table with awning for for daytime dining. The large outdoor bbq will easily cater for all guests. Take a beach towel from inside and relax on the sun loungers after a dip in the pool.

For your security, we have a safe where you can keep your more precious belongings.
Location
The villa boasts a convenient location and is just a short walk to the main road, close to shops and restaurants. It is also a short bus ride to Fethiye and Olu Deniz. We have contact details for a very reliable English speaking taxi-driver, or there is a taxi bell just outside the villa on the telegraph pole!
We can also help organise airport transfers, car hire, and any excursions/activities you may want.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
The villa will be cleaned before your arrival and on departure. Beds made up with clean linen and bath towels left out. If you would like extra cleaning / linen change during your stay, this can be provided at additional cost.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Known as the Turquoise Coast, this area provides lovely beaches, a wide selection of shopping and a popular weekly market, along with opportunities to parachute, hang glide, wind surf, water ski, scuba dive, sail, play tennis or go horse riding. There is also a water park in Ovacik.
Oludeniz:
The Villa is only 3 kms away from the very lively Oludeniz Beach town centre. Why not explore the beautiful Blue Lagoon where a wide bay of coarse white sand curves round to meet a sheltered natural lagoon of calm, crystal clear water that is ideal for swimming and a wonderful spot for children to explore and play. The Blue Lagoon is one of the best places in the world to do absolutely nothing but soak up the sun amid stunning natural surroundings. Ideal to sit and watch the paragliders coming in to land from Babadag mountain whilst taking a break from the sun, or even party to the early hours of the morning. The dolmus, the local bus, leaves every five or ten minutes from Ovacik to Oludeniz.
Fethiye:
No more than a 15 min dolmus ride away is the great harbour town of Fethiye offering a wide variety of shops and curios, restaurants to eat in, and boat owners with whom to plan memorable boat excursions. The weekly Market on Tuesday is great for locals and tourists alike, traders come from far and wide to sell goods ranging from handbags to hand-made backgammon sets to the freshest of local fruit and vegetables. Be prepared to barter! Fethiye is known for its rock tombs carved into the faces of the cliffs by the Lycians. These are elaborately carved and an especially remarkable; one is the tomb of Amnytas dating from the 4th century BC built in Doric architectural style. It is well worth visiting. Other historical places in the city are the Sarcopaghi and the Fethiye Tower.
Hisaronu:
The village of Ovacik is situated within 1.5km (5 minute bus journey or 20 min easy walk) to the lively Hisaronu village centre which is full of bars and restaurants that cater for all budgets and tastes:- Indian, Chinese, Italian, Turkish, English, Mexican. Hisaronu contains all the amenities expected from a small town abroad. Great shops (selling local crafts), local Monday market, cash points, pharmacies, doctors and supermarkets. This is the place to haggle for any imitation designer gear and admire the mountain views.
