Enjoyable stay. Just a few minutes walk from the centre and a taxi button just outside if you want to venture further.

The stay was everything we expected ,the apartment and all the surrounding areas were 1st class and a stone throw from the shops and bars . Thank you from the 4 of us. Cheers Rob .

Just got back after spending two weeks at Sherbella villa, the villa was fantastic, very modern and well laid out, the pool was lovely and also had a great covered area beside the pool if you wanted time out of the sun. Beds were very comfy and each bedroom had its own en suite. booked all transfers through Denise which went very smoothly. any problems were sorted out very quickly by emailing Denise. the villa is situated in a great location literally 30 seconds away from a great bar which had free pool great food and lovely staff. Would highly recommend this villa and would like to thank Denise and her staff for some great memories. ,

This property is beautiful. The pool is huge and probably the biggest pool we've had in any villa. It was also cleaned every day. The bedrooms and bathrooms are more than adequate. Correspondence with Denise was first class. One little snag though was lack of crockery and glass ware. Only had 5 mugs which was ok for us but not for a larger party. Very few glasses and no plastic plates or cups for use by the pool. No tea towels,we had to purchase a couple. The bedding needs to fit the bed!! Or at least a top sheet?? None of this spoilt our stay and would definitely recommend

Just spent 2 weeks' in the Angel Hisar Prestige D Villa. Was absolutely beautiful and so very chilling. Loved the patio and pool area which is where we spent most of our time relaxing. Contact with the owner was easy and professional. Taxi button directly outside the villa on the roadside making getting about easy, and local supermarkets on hand to provide free deliveries to the villa. A fantastic holiday had by all and we have already recommended this villa to friends and family and will hopefully be looking to book again in the future. 😁. Thank you for letting us stay.

No welcome when we arrived, the driver contacted someone who later arrived with the keys, and then left. We had no water or WiFi password, therfore we were unable to contact the agent, luckily we have travelled to Ovacik many times and knew where to go to obtain assistance. When we spoke to the agent they appologised for the lack of welcome party but that they had had an emergency with one of their £600 per night properties, why we needed to be informed of this we have no idea as far as we were concerned we had paid over £3200 for our rental and deserved a better welcome than received. We were informed that someone would meet us back at the property, we made our way back, and the water was turned on and we were provided with the Wi-fi password we informed him that there were lots of ants in the hallway and kitchen, he told us that he would return with a spray (he never did return, we eventually bought our own) there were 3 hangers in the villa between the the 4 bedrooms, one of the bathroom door handles were hanging off and 2 of the shower heads were built up with limescale and therefore not spraying and 1 other shower head was coming away from the wall, we had no cushions for our sun loungers, the list goes on we had no safe for 3 days as there were no instructions how to use it or any batteries in the door we later found out we had no option but to carry our valuables with us when we went left the villa, a handy man came the day after who spoke no English (OK we are in Turkey but if it wasn't for Google translate we would have been in trouble) he took away 2 showerheads and said that he had to go and get replacements but he wouldn't be back until the next day we infact waited 2 days for the replacements. We were provided with 6 more hangers after complaining again we were provided with more, we were informed that the sunloungers were mesh and did not require cushions, after informing them that whilst they have the appearance of mesh they were infact hard plastic. We were given 4 old torn cushions and some old beach towels. It felt that All we did was complain t the whole time we were there so eventually we stopped, as it was stressing us out, when infact we were there to destress from our stressful jobs. There was a broken dining chair on the patio pool area and we had a blocked kitchen sink in the kitchen, we waited 5 days before we reported it as we were so tired of complaining, 2 days following this no one arrived to unblock it so we informed then not to disturb us on our last day. All in all it was very apparent that we were an oversight, no-one had prepared the property for our arrival, maybe if we stayed in one of their more expensive villa's we may have received a better service. I would also like to point out that it is advertised as having a bbq that infact was a complete joke, it was so tiny and unless you are a very small, person you would have to lie down to use it, the villa next door (also an Angel property, was equipped with a proper one were you could stand whilst using it) we had to purchase our own plastic beakers for around the pool as there were non present. The property defiantly has been neglected of a thourough clean, there were clothes down the back of the living room sofa belonging to a previous renter, the dining room table when opened up fully contained enough food to have lasted us the whole 2 week of our stay. I would never stay in an Angel property again after this experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ozalp apartment. Ideally situated on the outskirts of Hisaronu, about a 20-minute downhill walk to town. If it's too hot to walk, the dolmus stops right by the apartments or call a taxi from just outside the gate. The pool area is clean and well maintained, with each apartment having its own sunbeds and parasol. It has a modern, well equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace overlooking the pool and beyond to the mountains. We booked this apartment two years ago but were obviously unable to travel due to covid restrictions. The owners were very accommodating in letting us carry the booking over. It was well worth the wait. The apartment would benefit from having an information pack with the Wi-Fi password and some details about the local area. If I had been a first time visitor this would have been useful. Something else to note....if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The apartment is very close to the local mosque!

A truly magnificent villa, ten minutes walk to the nearest shops. The villa itself was very big and spacious with a large outdoor swimming pool which enabled lots of sports in there. Excellent value for money when other families come on holiday with you. From the start of booking the holiday with clickstay, was easy and straight forward, special thanks go to Denise who was brilliant in organising key collection and any other small issues. I shall be using clickstay again - excellent company and service.

After a few maintenance issues which were quickly resolved. Great villa, lots of space for everyone. Take coat hangers for wardrobes. Well equipped with plates, glasses etc. Huge fridge with smaller freezer. Washing machine and dishwasher. Pods are relatively cheap in supermarket. Plenty of chairs and loungers and smaller kids pool. Depth of pool not marked but we think 5 .8 foot right across. Local shop does deliveries. Pool is checked and cleaned every day. Quiet location but a few minutes from shop bars restaurants. Comfy beds and good sized bathrooms. Views of cable car on babadag from window. Good communication with agent and airport transfer was great. He stopped to allow us to pick up essential items and gave us all a bottle of water and a cake. Recommend for eating Izzys restaurant and Dragonara and Shiraz in ovacik.

Poor bed linen , old towels supplied Advertised with a dishwasher no dishwasher in property, dirty the areas on balcony and outside of property, apartment not cleaned to a let standard. Not really catered for rentals small tv that didn’t have any channels until we got angry to have something installed now has 4 basic channels shouldn’t even advertise a tv if it doesn’t work . Swimming pool old manky sunbeds very limited supply only can use blue sun beds which is just a handful supplied !
