This villa is a traditional style villa and is set in a peaceful location, ideal for a relaxed holiday with its own private pool and gardens but not too far away from local amenities.

This villa has a separate living area and kitchen which leads onto a large balcony that can comfortably sit 6 people around a dining table to enjoy alfresco dining.

The living area is very homely and comfortable and has the added bonus of an open fireplace and stove for those chilly evenings.

There is also air-conditioning throughout for the summer months.

The three bedrooms are all on the next floor . There are also 2 separate shower rooms.

Ovacik is well know for its relaxed way of life and breath-taking mountain vistas, but if you require a more vibrant holiday then you are only 10 minutes by road from Hisaronu, which is well known for its bright lights, shops, bars and restaurants.

The nearest beach is Oludeniz, which is approx. 15 minutes away by road and famous for its Blue Lagoon and world class sport of Paragliding.

The main town in this area is Fethiye (15 minutes away by road) and has a very cosmopolitan vibe. There are many boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Not forgetting the working harbour and Old Town which are well worth a stroll.

If you are looking for a smaller cosy style villa with a homely feel then this is the villa for you.
