This is a little gem of an apartment. Beautifully decorated, very clean, it has everything you could want in a home away from home. Well equipped kitchen if you decided to do some cooking, full size oven,hob, fridge and dishwasher, all in great condition. Lots of thoughtful extras provided. Modern clean bathrooms, with huge showers and good water pressure. The block itself is very clean and well maintained, with a lovely pool area directly off the terrace for easy access. A generally great location, only 5-10 minutes from the beach and promenade, near enough to access all the bars and restaurants but far enough to be surprisingly quiet in the evenings. The only reason not to give 5 stars for the area is due to the close proximity of a main road. There is some traffic noise during the day, and this may not suit everyone, however I have to say that I had no noise issues late in the evening or overnight. However, the advantage is that the property is superbly located for getting out and about on the bus, with the nearest dolmus stop only 5 minutes away and regular buses every few minutes. Both the owner and local agent were wonderful to deal with, easy to contact and very helpful. Would also recommend using the airport transfer service they can arrange. .

Had a great time at the apartment. Everything we could have needed was available for the 2 weeks we were there. Being able to walk out of the apartment straight onto poolside was great. Beach is only a 10 minute walk away and there are loads of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Local buses (Dolmus) run every 10 minutes or so from the main road, and there is a boat from Calis into Fethiye that runs every half hour on the half hour.

lovely apartment nice and clean good applicants . Nice for familys lovely swimming pool close to the beach only 5 minutes walk. we would love to come back next year and stay here again.

The property is very nice near to the beach and dolmas also small market shops very clean and friendly people around and good restaurants nearby.

We have been coming to calis beach for the last 4 years and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in, absolutely spotless, everything you could possible need. Communication with owner great. Location is perfect, near enough to all bars, restaurants shops and beach, but far enough away for peace and quite. We will definatley stay here again when in calis.
