Carolyn is quick to respond to emails. The villa is exactly as you can see on the photos and more. It is very tasteful decor, well coordinated and classy. We loved it. There is a lot of love and care gone into that home and it shows. All bedrooms were lovely, as is the rest of the villa. Washer & dryer are huge. Had a couple of issues but sorted by the management company promptly and the location in a golf course surrounding is beautiful. Quiet neighbours while we were there and next door had a fence put up during our stay, it was all done before we got back from a day at the park so we weren’t disturbed then either. We will be back again soon we hope. 😊👍

Lovely stay villa was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Peaceful and great location.

Myself and my partner came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago for 12 nights with our 4 year old and absolutely loved it. The Southern Dunes itself is a lovely, peaceful and well looked after estate, you wouldn’t know once in there that you’re next to the highway, which conveniently has absolutely everything you need from Walmart, fast food, restaurants, pharmacy and much more right on your door step. The staff on the gate are very friendly!! We were able to travel to Orlando within 30 minutes and around 2 hours for several beaches. The villa was immaculate, spacious, well kept, very cosy and has everything you could need. The master bed was extremely comfortable!! We paid for heating with the pool which worked a dream, it was warm enough to swim in all hours of the day without getting cold. The communication from the owner was brilliant, Carolyn is quick to respond and so lovely! Her team that manage the villa on site were also so approachable and couldn’t do enough to help when we had any enquires. Overall couldn’t recommend this Villa more and we will definitely be rebooking for our return to Florida!

Beautiful villa could not fault it, over the years we have stayed in quite a few properties in Southern Dunes and without a doubt this is by far the best, every thing you could possibly need is in the villa would highly recommend it

The villa was lovely located on an excellent resort with a golf course which I played on. The pool was excellent and we used it every day. The beds were comfortable, the games room well supplied with pool, table tennis and darts. The villa was clean and very well presented. Even though it was a bit further out than we usually stay we could still get to the Disney parks easily and had food outlets and a supermarket very close by.

We arrived at the villa and as soon as we opened the door there was an instant WOW factor. The villa was spotlessly clean and well laid out from the kitchen to the bedrooms and pool area. Everything advertised was there and available. The mattresses and seating cushions were extremely comfortable (I say this having slept on some well used ones in other villas) The communication with the owner prior to arrival was second to none. I would recommend this 8 birth Villa to anyone and Hope to stay here again. Thank you Carolyn for a fabulous stay. Karl and Justine

The villa was just excellent you can clearly see the owner has been updating the property never had a problem with contacting the owner who very quickly replied to any questions or queries I had couldn't have been anymore helpful the whole villa was very clean spacious couldn't fault it the pool was a nice size and was certainly warm enough without being heated I would certainly recommend anyone to stay there and would definitely go back there

We had an excellent stay in the villa, couldn't recommend the location enough. Gated community, plenty ammenites near by and outstanding golf course with open air driving range and bar for a nights entertainment. The staff at the Golf course & bar were all very freindly and made you feel welcome. The villa was spacious, clean with a great warm pool and overall well worth the stay. The Villa is well equiped with recent upgrades to both bathrooms and kitchen. Would also recommend a short trip to the Ovation bar and grill for the Brisket and BBQ beans!!

If you are considering a villa in Southern Dunes then look no further, this place has everything you require. We have stayed at Southern Dunes on numerous occasions and this is by far and away the best villa we have had the pleasure of staying in. The whole place was immaculate, inside and out. The communication with Carolyn was excellent, she was so helpful. We would definitely recommend this villa and will certainly be returning

This is the third time we have stayed at the property and like our previous stays, cant recommend the property enough. Everything is spot on and the upgrades made to the property by Carolyn since our last stay just enhance the experience. If you are looking to stay in the area look no further.
