2 km from Clohars-Carnoet with shops, bakery, restaurants, etc and 10 km south of the market town of Quimperlé.
On the first floor there is a pool table in the living room with a games corner including a table football. On the third level there is a games room where an additional bed can be added.
ACCOMMODATION
Large dining area with relaxing area. TV with Play Station 2 (games not provided). Sliding doors leading to the indoor pool and French windows to garden. First floor living room with satellite TV with foreign channels, DVD, hi-fi, fireplace and pool table.
Fitted kitchen, separate from the dining room. High table with bar stools. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hobs, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. Laundry room and separate wc.
Twin bedroom on first level. Double bedroom with king size bed and mezzanine with desk on second level. A double bedroom, a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a bedroom with twin beds on third level.
Bathroom on first level with bath and shower. Separate wc. Second level bathroom. Separate wc on third level
Indoor heated swimming pool 7.5m x 3.2m. Depth: 1.65m x 1.8m, heated 28°c year round.

Bed linen and bath towels (mid stay change on request: 100€).
Average allowance of electricity. If over usage this will be payable locally.
Kitchen towels, table cloth, cleaning kit (dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, sponges, kitchen towel, cleaning products, etc).
Cot (including linen), highchair, baby bath and stair gate available on request and if available. Please check at the time of booking.

Holiday tax payable locally: approximately 1.10€-2.20€ per person per day (16+).
Security deposit of 400€ (cash) refunded on departure.
Obligatory end of stay cleaning: 180€.
Small pets allowed (additional 30€ per week per animal).
Additional single bed in the games room: 80€ per stay (request at time of booking).
Beach towel hire 5€ per towel.
Mid stay bed linen and bath towel change 100€.
Mid stay cleaning 35€ per hour.
