The villa is the perfect holiday villa for romantic honeymooners, couples, families or groups of up to six. The beautiful, spacious house is set in calm, serene surroundings and is situated only 1 km from the centre of the gorgeous village of Peyia where you can find restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and grocery stores for your convenience.

The beautiful stone built villa is set in the picturesque mountainside in one of Peyia's most exclusive residential areas. It has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, (en-suite to each bedroom plus cloakroom), sleeping 6 (one or two infants extra could be permitted in addition). Each bed is dressed iwith co-ordinated fabrics. The villa benefits from full air conditioning throughout as well as ceeiling fans and flyscreens. The modern conveniences include wireless internet (wi-fi) , and Premium Channel IPTV in the lounge. The lounge also has a built-in wood burner (for those cooler evenings in Nov--March). The spacious fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher as well as other gadgetry required for home from home cooking.

The outside dining area nestles under a wooden pergola for shade and privacy and features a BBQ. The villa’s garden even comes complete with its own fruit trees. Finally but by no means least, Villa Nostalgia has a private walk-in pool (larger than average at 10m x 5m) with easy 'walk-in access' overlooking the spectacular views of the Meditterenean Sea

Entrance to the grounds which sit privately below road level is via solid wooden double gates surrounded by decorative stoned archway. There are 17 flat and fairly wide crazy paved stairs with metal handrail down to main entrance door of villa. The entrance is to the rear of the villa where there is a small galley style garden with chipping and steppingstone gated walk way around the villa leading to the private pool area & views.

Outside pool area-

This impressive area really makes Villa Nostalgia special. With a choice of seating areas and a large private pool with smart wodden decking allowing amazing views down over Peyia, Coral Bay and out to Sea this really is an ideal place to relax in the sunshine.

Location

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia (Peigeia). Nostalgia has a delightful position on the hillside in Peyia overlooking the surrounding valley and out to Sea.

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the Paphos area. Peyia is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks. Peyia is a typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees.

The Centre of Peyia is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the shops in Peyia. The early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much to resist!

Things to do in the Peyia area include many watersports on the beach at Coral Bay, diving, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, horse riding, visiting the protected Akamas Peninsula and Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, the Sea Caves and Agios Georgios area, sailing and many more. From Peyia the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park.

If you want to get out and explore Cyprus' fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even the Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations.Troodos is the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!
