In a very peaceful location really lovely setting, decor a little dated but very clean. You will definitely need to hire a car to stay there

Absolutely loved this villa! The villa is very spacious, pristine and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. The living room / kitchen area is a lovely relaxing area with gorgeous day and night views and a shaded balcony. There was a welcome pack of bread, butter, wine, jam and items left behind such as tea bags, coffee, cooking oil etc. The outdoor area is spacious and surrounded by lovely fruit trees and shrubs with friendly lizards. Lovely pool and plenty of sun beds. There is a great shaded seating area with a pool table and ping pong which was a huge hit with the teenagers. The location is fantastic. I would recommend a car as Peyia is a hilly area and in my opinion a must with the heat. It’s a short 7 minute drive to Coral Bay strip where there is plenty of areas to park and nice restaurants. Paphos is around a 20 minute drive. Communication was excellent from the initial booking right through to the end of our stay. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing hassle-free holiday. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to visit again soon.

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Astro . The location and the villa are amazing and the pool is the best we have had in villa holidays. The villa is easy walking distance to a restaurant and bar with amazing sunsets. If you want a great villa holiday within easy driving from Pathos airport then I would highly recommend this villa

We had a fantastic time at skytrees villa, it was just what we all needed, very relaxing, Diane was lovely & very helpful & accommodating with our late check out needs. The house had everything we needed & was only a short drive shops, restaurants & beaches. Will definitely go back if available

We were a family of 10 adults. Villa was plenty big enough. Swimming pool was lovely, plenty of sun-beds and a nice outdoor seating/eating area. Younger ones enjoyed the table tennis. Lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance and beaches all within 20-30 mins. Owners very friendly and we were able to have a late checkout. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at villa Venzie, loved the Tiki bar and made full use of the pool table and darts board. All in all fantastic holiday

Villa was first class, everything you need for a self catering holiday. The Villa was very clean and well equipped. Help was on hand if needed, the pool was great and the car was a real asset. The area was quiet, a little hilly but only a 2 minute drive to the town of Tala for the supermarket and restaurants. Lovely views and stunning sunsets.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Leni, the Villa is set in a quiet area which is exactly what we wanted, the views from the villa are incredibly stunning which are just mesmerising! The villa itself was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The swimming pool was the perfect size for us to all enjoy. The host, Maria was extremely helpful with a couple of queries we had. When she visited she gave us a delicious apple pie from the local bakery. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely week in Cyprus with an amazing trip to the blue lagoon. Every evening we dined in a different restaurant. Our favourites were Andria Steak House, Dolce Vita, Seriani and El Fuego. Amazing service, friendly staff, delicious food & drinks. We used Steven’s recommended taxi service for our airport runs & to take us into Pathos harbour one evening for dinner in a beautiful restaurant right by the water. The taxi was 35 euros there & 35 back. Excellent communication with the drivers. We much prefer taxi’s to bus’s even though there was a good bus service. The villa.. just wow! So spacious and well equipped. Our favourite spot was in the outside seating area. The pool area was beautiful at night. The views stunning from the balconies. We did not realise all the bedrooms had one which was a nice surprise. The sun warmed the pool so it was not too cold like we’ve experienced in other villas. The location was nice & quiet. With banana, avocado & lemon trees. The supermarket sold everything we needed and more. We found the locals very friendly & helpful. Thank you to Steven and his team for making our stay a memorable stress free experience!
