Villas in Peyia

The villa was all that was described, very close to Coral Bay and amenities but in a very quite location, we went as two couples and it was perfect and would definitely book here again. Only one thing to mention is the water pressure in the shower is very low but still could be used but this is a very small issue

stayed in villa in june with a family group of 6 the accommodation was well place to visit the nicer bits of Cyprus.The pool and lounging areas were good with an outside eating area. Aircon in bedrooms was excellent.The nearest restaurant was closed and up for sale nearest one was about 20 min walk. We would go back again only downside perhaps was the kitchen we didnt think was particularly well equipped like at the time we had to request additional mugs and cereal bowls

Absolutely delighted with our stay at Villa Adara from the booking process, arrival throughout our stay and departure time was spot on. Taxi collected us from the airport as it was a late flight so better than navigating in the dark. Very friendly and informative driver with free drinks. The entry system was simple and the welcome pack had everything we needed, although we were formally welcomed the following morning by Diana who showed us everything we needed. The villa is home from home, good crockery, wine glasses and all utensils you can think of great dishwasher washing machine and large fridge freezer. The rooms all well laid out with good quality bedding, great showers and good air con throughout. The highlight of this property is the location high up with the most amazing views. Roof top star gazing is a must! The other amazing highlight is the infinity pool looking out over luscious hills beyond, with goats pottering about. Absolutely bliss. We walked into the local town on a few occasions and taxi back for 8e. Taxi to Coral bay 12e and taxi to Paphos 20e. All well worth a trip, although a hire car allows you to travel freely. We had a memorable family holiday and would highly recommend.

We were met at a convenient location by the owner and escorted to the villa. David showed us around and made sure that we had contact details in case of issues and also provided some excellent macaroons made by his wife. The villa is in a peaceful location; the neighbouring renters were so quiet we didn’t know they were there. Views are wonderful, pool big enough for older teenage fun. Everything you could ask for was provided and you could easily spend your whole holiday just lazing by the pool. The villa is an easy drive to many nice beaches and restaurants and an excellent supermarket is just at the bottom of the hill. We have been trying to rent this villa for a couple of years and were delighted to finally get in early enough to make a booking. I have tried to think of something less positive to mention, but have failed. If you rent this villa you will NOT be disappointed; we will be back.

We had a week at the end of June.From start to finish it was wonderful. The villa is great. It has everything you could possibly want and more importantly everything works. We were all in the pool one afternoon trying to think of some negatives about the Villa and couldn't come up with one! There is lots to do around the area of Kato Paphos(Harbour and shopping Mall) 25 minutes in the car. More local is Coral Bay which is 6 mins in the car down the Hill.Two lovely safe beaches just a minute or two further on. It is Defiantly not walkable to anywhere though, so be prepared for that.We thought we would be walking to Peyia,but not for us. The owners are only a phone call away if you need them ,which we didn't. Thank you David and Joulietta we had a lovely time

We stayed in this villa for 7 weeks between may and July 2019. It was perfect for us and visiting friends. There is everything you could need. The pool and gardens are very private, the villa is spacious and well maintained. The instructions the owner sent us were very clear and any questions were answered by email promptly. I would highly recommend it. The real bonus is the car to get around locally and obviously the hot tub was wonderful to relax in.
