Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!

Getting Around:
York Ave is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York City. The nearest subway station is the 86th Street subway station, which is served by the 4, 5, and 6 trains. The subway station is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Additionally, there are several bus lines that operate in the area, including the M15, M31, M86, and M96. These buses provide access to other parts of Manhattan, as well as other parts of New York City. Taxis and ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are also widely available in the area.
