Situated just a stones throw from the sea and other attractions such as the Lanes, North Laine and the Sea Life Centre, the apartment boasts a balcony with fabulous views toward the sea and famous Palace Pier, over Steine Gardens and towards the Royal Pavilion. The apartment is just less than 10 mins walk to the i360.
Conveniently located on the Old Steine, this wonderful place is walking distance from everything you need during your stay. The Delaney Apartment is just 10 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride from Brighton mainline station.
You will undoubtedly fall in love with the Delaney, the local area and everything it has to offer.
There is simply too much to do here to list! Whether you've come to Brighton to experience the nightlife, culture, history or shopping, everything is right on your doorstep.
If you fancy some pampering, why not have a massage or beauty treatment at one of the nearby salons or spas? The owner is a big fan of holistic therapies and can recommend the best treatments in Brighton.
A short bus ride will take you up to Devils Dyke where you can experience panoramic views of the Downs.
The Royal Pavilion is a 5 minute walk away and is open to visitors on a daily basis.
The nearest clubs and bars are a minutes walk away, but dont worry about noise as the bedrooms are out the back and fitted with fire doors.
The Sealife Centre and Brighton Pier are just over the road, so theres something for the kids too!
You will certainly not need a car to get the most out of your holiday... you can get just about anywhere by bus from the Old Steine!
The apartment best sleeps four people in two bedrooms, however a maximum of six people can be accommodated in the lounge at £50 each per booking. There are two sofa beds in lounge with bedding for each if booked. Please ensure you select this option on checkout otherwise your fifth/six persons will not have anywhere to sleep!
For parties of up to 17, or if you just want more space or a bedroom each, why not rent the Nouveau Delaney or Petit Delaney Apartments located in the same building too?

If you would like to check-in earlier or have a lie-in past usual check-out time of 10:00, you can extend either by two hours by purchasing an "extra" at the check-out.
Smoking is permitted on the covered balcony but not inside the apartment or communal areas. Thank you for your understanding.
Elderly or disabled customers are advised that there are five stairs up to the front door, then two small flights of stairs up to the first floor.
We manage everything in-house, so if you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to ask. We can organise hypo-allergenic bedding or waterproof mattress protectors, but please give us one week's notice as we can't accommodate changes once the apartment has been made up.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELANEY APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ROWDY GROUPS. The apartments mainly attract families so if you intend to party, you are not welcome here I'm afraid.

In March, I stayed at The Delaney Apartment with my boyfriend, and our two friends for 13 days. I'm not sure I can say enough good things about our stay!
Jo was really great through all our correspondence,.I'm sorry we never got a chance to meet during our stay. We did meet Nathan on our arrival, to hand over our keys and show us the flat. He was wonderful and really made us feel confident that if we were to need him at all during our stay that he was just a phone call/email away.
Once in, it was everything I had anticipated and more. My boyfriend and I had the bedroom in the back of the flat, and I honestly don't remember the last time I had such a good nights sleep. The bed was really comfortable! The wifi was a little spotty in that room, but it never posed a problem. It worked great in the rest of the flat!
The lounge is so bright and has the added bonus of a balcony that overlooks beautiful Old Stein and when you look to the right, the pier! Everything you need to self cater is taken care of, right down to several umbrellas....so you don't have to bring any and take up precious space when packing for your trip!
The location is perfect, anything you need or want in Brighton is easily accessible by foot. And if need be, there are buses right out front and if you need a taxi, we walked across the street to the Royal Albion Hotel where there was always a queue!
By far, the best flat we've stayed in Brighton, and we've stayed in a few! If you're looking for a true home from home, you should choose the Delaney!

We had a lovely stay at the Delaney Apartment. The apartment is great, and in such a fantastic area (right next to the pier and a short walk from town). Would love to stay again and would highly recommend it. Thank you!
The location of the apartment was excellent. The apartment felt full of space with the high ceilings etc, and had very comfortable beds!!!
A beautiful apartment would come again, loved it, full credit to Nathan who showed us all around and for meeting us, jo made all the communication so easy a great lovely lady this is what would make us come again! Thankyou very much
We stayed at this property for two nights in August with my daughter and mum. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a holiday stay. The apartment is on a main road but their was no noise from traffic only the seagulls! The location is very near the seafront and Pier and you can see the coast from the apartment. The owner met us on arrival and was very friendly and welcoming.
Great place to stay, only downfall is no parking but there is a safe 24hr car park nearby albeit a bit pricey!
