Krabi’s unusual landscape comes from its karsts – angular limestone cliffs formed from hundreds of million year old coral reefs – jutting out from the mangrove-lined coastline. With over 130 beguiling islands it is an exceptional base from which to discover the Andaman coast; take a speedboat trip, snorkel or kayak in the shimmering blue waters.
