Lovely modern villa. Very comfortable. Bedrooms as good as 5 star hotel. Spotlessly clean. Pretty garden with plenty garden furniture. Surrounded by coconut palms. Beautiful. We will definitely return.

This is the ideal villa. 15 minutes from Chaweng, quiet, great beaches nearby. The villa is so modern, so clean and the owner knows everything about the villa and the island. Air conditioning is super good. Cleaners are professional. Best villa I've been to in 2 yrs of travelling.

The villa was absolutely wonderful! We had an amazing stay and as said in the others reviews the pictures don't do it any justice. The staff were incredibly kind and professionals as well. We felt like home during our week there. If you go to Samui this is the place to stay, you won't be disappointed!

The villa was far better and bigger than my expectations. The view of the sea and surrounding areas was fascinating. My family comprising my wife, our three children and their spouses and children had a wonderful time. The villa had everything one needs. O and Tim were always available for whatever help we needed; they cleaned the villa, cleared the mess created by kids, did the laundry and washed dishes. The manager arranged for us car hire as well as pick and drop from Nathon Pier and airport at very competitive rates. It is advisable that guests hire a car to be able to move around freely. We all loved the place and will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and family.

Pictures look great, and the actuality of the location and the villa community, swimming pools and balmy tropical splendour is real enough. However, marks lost because: you really do need to hire a car/bike - advert should make this clear and perhaps even link to recommended hirers - people need to accurately budget the overall costs for their hols. There is a daily clean service, but it's just a perfunctory tidy up. There was clear evidence that the villa had not been detail cleaned prior to our arrival - dusty shelves and cupboard interiors, with that musty smell of disuse and neglect. Also a couple of ivory leather settees which are drab and shabby after countless guests' usage and abusage and which let the whole package down, and the biggest fault, the lack of air conditioning in the main ground floor living area. Each of the two bedroom suites have their own air con so we had to improvise by leaving them running with both doors open so the cold air would circulate to the lower floor and bring the temperature down to a tolerable level. Also, the two shower/toilet suites are in need of refurbishment. Overall we enjoyed staying here; the villa is spacious, well laid out and overall a nice place to be. It's just a shame it's suffering perhaps from owner neglect and investment.

Villas in Koh Samui

Think of an archetypal tropical paradise - palm-fringed beaches with stretches of white sand, coconut groves and lush, mountainous rainforests - and you will be close to picturing the island of Koh Samui. Once a Thai fishing community, the island retains its original charm and natural beauty whilst being superbly well set-up for holiday-makers.

Koh Samui became popular as a back-packers’ destination with its full moon parties and beach-shack accommodation. But it's now undergone a transformation to a much more upmarket destination with luxurious villas and stylish resorts. Despite its popularity, you can still find quiet corners for your relaxing beach holiday.

If you've had enough of the beach and are willing to venture out of your villa, you’ll find hidden treasures around the coast such as ornate spirit houses, Buddhist temples and natural rock formations.

Our villas in Koh Samui are all around the island and offer a variety of holidays - stylish and busy or tranquil and relaxed.
