  Villa Ambiance is beautifully presented, very clean, comfortable, with every appliance and lots of equipment available. There was complimentary drinks for us on arrival which was very welcome. The pool is great as are the views. Peter is so helpful offering lots of information and recommendations, he has a very good knowledge of the area. Transport, either mopeds, car or taxi is idealy needed but there are beaches and shops within walking distance. Taxi's are very cheap, we used a local chap Raki, from the bottom of the road all the time who was excellent, . We were two couples and we would recommend staying here, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you

  6 bedroom Islandview Villa Chaweng
  This villa was absolutely AMAZING! I stayed here with 14 of my friends and family in February and everyone was blown away from how fantastic the villa was. As soon as you walk through the big double front doors, the view of the pool over looking at the island. Ann the property manager was friendly and very helpful and so was the staff at the villa. David the owner was also very helpful and always replied to my email promptly. All the rooms at the villa were massive, the place was always clean. The villa is up a hill so away from busy Chaweng but then if you want to go out the staff will help you call a taxi. Overall we loved this place and highly recommend for anyone going to Ko Samui to stay here.

  2 bedroom Villa Samadhi - Private Pool - Free Wifi
  My partner and I stayed at Villa Samadhi for a couple of weeks at the beginning of January. We were picked up from the airport and met at the Villa by the manager who was extremely welcoming and sweet. The Villa was kept clean and we felt very much at home. The Island itself is beautiful with every activity you could imagine. The Villa owners were very helpful and organised everything for our stay. We have only good things to say about our holiday and would highly recommend both the Villa and the Island to anyone.

  2 bedroom Baan Sans-souci Koh Samui
  Pictures look great, and the actuality of the location and the villa community, swimming pools and balmy tropical splendour is real enough. However, marks lost because: you really do need to hire a car/bike - advert should make this clear and perhaps even link to recommended hirers - people need to accurately budget the overall costs for their hols. There is a daily clean service, but it's just a perfunctory tidy up. There was clear evidence that the villa had not been detail cleaned prior to our arrival - dusty shelves and cupboard interiors, with that musty smell of disuse and neglect. Also a couple of ivory leather settees which are drab and shabby after countless guests' usage and abusage and which let the whole package down, and the biggest fault, the lack of air conditioning in the main ground floor living area. Each of the two bedroom suites have their own air con so we had to improvise by leaving them running with both doors open so the cold air would circulate to the lower floor and bring the temperature down to a tolerable level. Also, the two shower/toilet suites are in need of refurbishment. Overall we enjoyed staying here; the villa is spacious, well laid out and overall a nice place to be. It's just a shame it's suffering perhaps from owner neglect and investment.
