1 bedroom apartment with shared pool in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria
February 2019

This is our 3rd visit to the Beachfront Apartment in Playa del Ingles. It is a basic but comfortable one bedroom apartment but in exactly the right place for us. The paseo (promenade) is right in front and in front of that below is a car park and a series of restaurants and shops then the beach with it's super walk of just over an hour round the edge of the sand dunes to the Faro which also has restaurants and bars. I must recommend the Chinese restaurant at the front - excellent quality and good choice of food - eat as much as you like for 8-95 euros !!! Also the New Columbus is excellent quality as is the Marco Polo (this is not on the front but worth finding). Thanks Ian, we had a great few days in the sun - again.

1 bedroom holiday apartment in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, with shared pool
February 2019

Overall had a good stay in this apartment albeit we did have a couple of problems but the agents were very good and did rectify them to the best of their ability. The sunbeds around the pool area are very uncomfortable indeed so we were unable to use them; especially if you have a bad back! It was a very busy area and the traffic was horrendous & parking was also hard especially if you are disabled! All in all we wouldn't return to this area.

1 bedroom apartment with shared pool in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria
December 2018

I am a returning customer. The view from the balcony is spectacular both day and night. The property is stylish and the TV has Netflix which is great for watching movies at night. I also love the washing machine for rapid washes and your clothes dry in the balcony very quickly. Steve and Lynda the hosts were very accommodating and flexible which made our stay even better. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away. We went to the beach every day for a walk and swim - it was delightful. We will definitely be back. Happy Customers

1 bedroom apartment with shared pool in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria
January 2018

This is a great property to use as a base for the local area. Nice quite location but with great views of the dunes and sea. Dealing with Ian was very easy and straight forward, all notes and questions dealt with promptly and accurately. Also the handover and exit were easy with meeting Steve who cleaned the property beautifully as well. Property had every thing in it and it was of good quality, the Wifi is pretty good although sometimes can be a little hit or miss in some parts of the apartment. For those of limited mobility you have to go down a few steps from the street entrance and up a couple of fights to apartment, not a big deal as i have arthritis in my knees and was ok. To get down to the beach there are steps out the back of the property down to the beach (90 odd) or you can walk in either direction for an easier set of steps to access the beach area, again ok if you take your time. We found everyone very friendly in shops and restuarants and the maintenance guy does a great job. pool is cool but clean and was not overly used , only slight issue was sometimes the downstairs flats dominate the sun area around the pool although not in a mean way, we found the area at the back easier to sunbathe in and still of course close to pool. Weather was great mostly and its a really lovely place to sunbathe on the balcony in the afternoon. Shops were close (5 minute walk) and lots of restaurants in the area. We ate at several beach bars below, and papi grill , which is down the steps at the back of the property towards the beach. We also went to the Cita centre which had loads of restaurants although the place itself was a bit tired but some of the restaurants are great (try marco Polo for Italian), we also ate at the 360 degree restaurant which was just up the road, not cheap but view was spectacular and food was top notch. All in all, we would be delighted to return to this property so that says it all. Mike W
