Casa Carmela is a detached villa in Alamos Park, Golf del Sur, set in its own 1,200 square metre plot, accessed through high iron gates which lead onto a driveway with ample parking space, and surrounded by an attractive walled garden containing a selection of sub-tropical trees, shrubs and flowers. There are outstanding views of the mountains, golf course, neighbouring nature reserve, Atlantic Ocean and the little fishing village of Los Abrigos.
The accommodation is spacious and includes a large open plan entrance hall/dining room/lounge with a glass dining table and chairs to seat 8 people, two large sofas, an armchair and a selection of wooden furniture including occasional tables and bookshelves. There is a TV with DVD player and fibre optic broadband connection with free wifi.
The fully fitted separate kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher along with table and 6 chairs.
There are two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, plus an additional bathroom.
Outside there are a number of tiled terrace areas with a built in barbecue and plenty of sun loungers set around the large heated swimming pool, along with a selection of patio garden furniture giving ample outside seating and tables for al fresco meals.

Just a short walk away from Casa Carmela is the main San Blas commercial centre with a good selection of bars and restaurants, and also several shops including gifts/souvenirs, clothes, perfume, small supermarket, chemist and even a doctor’s surgery. There are also many other bars and restaurants amongst the various hotels and holiday complexes which make up Golf del Sur.
For the keen golfer there is an 18 hole golf course with club house (and tennis courts) within easy walking distance of Casa Carmela, and another course at Amarilla Golf which is immediately adjacent to and accessible from Golf del Sur.

Villa Grounds
The large 7.9m x 4.5m swimming pool benefits from a solar heating system operating year round, supplemented by an electrically operated heat pump during the cooler winter months, aiming to maintain a minimum temperature of 26 degrees throughout the year. There are 8 sun loungers set on the open terrace around the pool, along with patio garden furniture giving ample outside seating. To one end of the pool the veranda is available for relaxing in the shade.
To the rear of the villa there is a further large patio area, partially shaded by a wooden pergola, with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Access to the driveway at the side of the villa is through high iron gates and the property is surrounded by a large attractive garden with high boundary walls. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, and bounded on three sides by golf course and nature reserve, it offers a good degree of privacy and seclusion within easy walking distance of all the amenities of the Golf del Sur complex.

10 minutes from Reina Sofia Tenerife South Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).

The Resort:
Golf Del Sur is an attractive and peaceful resort on the south coast of Tenerife, only 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has all the facilities you would expect from a high quality holiday resort with some really nice bars and restaurants and a championship golf course. The resort is well served by buses and taxis, so car hire is optional, but recommended for convenience, visits to larger supermarkets in neighbouring Las Chafiras for those self catering, and for those wishing to tour the island independently.

Casa Carmela in Alamos Park offers exclusive and completely private accommodation in a generally quiet residential neighbourhood. It is recommended for families and more mature groups who are looking for a peaceful sunshine holiday, or who are keen golfers. With its easy access to the main road network, it also makes a good base for those wishing to explore Tenerife independently.

Casa Carmela is available only for bookings of a minimum 7 days, maximum 21 days.
For parties of six or fewer, Casa Carmela may be booked as a 3 bedroom villa at a reduced rate during off peak periods - excluding Xmas/New Year premium period, one week either side of Easter Sunday, whole of July and August. Price £350 per week less than base price. Access to Bedroom 4 will be locked.
