The Villa consists of 5 double bedrooms (1 by ground floor and 4 by first floor), 3 full bathrooms (two with shower, one with bath up), well equipped lounge living room plus extra dinning room, fully fitted kitchen with extra office room, wide terraces and patio with garden.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are equipped with queen and double bed respectively sharing en suite bathroom, there is extra space in bedroom number 2 for an extra bed if needed.
Bedroom 4 is upstairs also and is dedicated to the youngest of the family, with 2 berth allowing 6 kids, plus furnished closets too, adjusted for kids size.
Bedroom number 5 is located downstairs, fits 2 single beds and is next to downstairs bathroom.
The Villa can sleep up to 14 persons (extendable on request), plus we provide 2 cots or more if needed on request and 2 baby chairs.
Spacious living room with flat internet television plus dining room attached to it, fully equipped kitchen with extra office space , halogen cooking stove,oven, microwave, coffee and espresso machine, dish-washing machine, and 1 high capacity fridge.

In addition, there is the private garden and patio around the Villa with big barbecue and private pool measuring 4m by 7m and 1.2m to 2.8m deep, sun loungers, outside sofas and table by the covered terrace, with all sunlight you can take (you will get sun tan for sure!!), with patio doors leading onto this from living room and main access door.
By the patio behind Villa the is place to hang up clothes to dry.

This Villa is located within walking distance of Cala d'Or and Cala Gran beach and Marina, as well from downtown pedestrian zone, a few supermarkets are close by foot and car (5 min), and petrol station by the Town entrance, parking place in front the Villa, plus plenty of parking around the Villa.

The Villa is completely acclimatized in all 5 bedrooms, the living room and kitchen also, with a brand new efficient air-conditioned system.

At only 5 minutes walk from the Villa is the clean, safe beach of Cala d'Or with sun loungers for hire, restaurants and beach bars and a beautiful Cala d'Or Marina.
Internet WiFi included in the Villa.

VILLA IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES, WEEKEND PARTIES, OR YOUNG GROUPS (BELOW 30 YEARS OLD), PLEASE DO NOT ACCOMPLISH BOOKING IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS (cancellation policy will apply), WE DO NOT DO EXCEPTIONS, CLUBS ARE AVAILABLE IN TOWN FOR THAT, VILLA IS RESIDENTIAL, IF POLICE OR SECURITY SERVICE SHOWS BY VILLA IT WILL BE CHARGED AT TENANTS EXPENSE.
COPIES OF ALL GUESTS ABOVE 16-YEAR-OLD PASSPORTS ARE A MUST FOR CHECK-IN WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
