This was our second visit to 79 Lirios and we had a wonderful time. It is peaceful and quiet with lovely views. The pool is private and very welcome in such hot weather. It is not far to the beautiful town of Moraira with it's lovely restaurants and bars. A great place to relax and unwind. We will definately be going back for another visit.

Great views overlooking the sea.
The pool is massive and just what is needed when it's gets too hot.
Wifi is great for when you want to Skype family and friends.
Five star stay, will be booking again soon.

This is the second time we have stayed in this villa, and again thoroughly enjoyed. On both occasions the booking was quick and easy with a speedy response, and very good directions to the villa. The villa is in a nice quiet area and we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. WIFI was very reliable and useful during our stay

Thanks to Andy and Jacquie who gave us a warm welcome on arrival

I have never stayed in a villa before so the opportunity was all in all quite exciting for me regardless. We weren't disappointed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The villa was well presented with a guide that gives you some great hints and tips to what to check out right at your fingertips. We made the most of the villa with nights sat out beside the pool or on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine or cooking up some delicious food, then a few little swims in the pool (even if it was freezing during April!). The owners of the villa were also on hand if we needed any assistance and gave us some of their own recommendations during our stay too! The area is fairly quiet so perfect for me when I haven't had a 'quiet' getaway in quite a few years. There is loads to explore from the many gorgeous beaches, the little quaint towns with some great restaurants to dine in and even a natural waterfall within a hour of the villa were you can dip or swim in depending how brave you feel! I absolutely loved my time at the villa and will definitely be booking for my next holiday here next year!

Hi, thanks for another great review. Not many people realise that the sea and the pool heat up gradually over the summer so the hottest week in the sea is normally the first week in October (before it starts to cool down again). Ian

We had a wonderful time at this large detached villa. It is a 10 minute drive to Moroira which is a lovely spanish town with a relaxing atmosphere. The villa is on a residential housing complex high up the mountain, the views are great, it is easy to get to with a car, parking on the drive, it has a big pool which is very private. The villa itself is fantastic, clean bright and airy. The guest book has lots of really useful information in it and some useful tips on local beaches, restaurants etc, well worth a look through. Meet and greet was well planned, nothing was too much trouble and a contact was always available if needed. We would recommend this for anyone who wants a relaxing break in a lovely quiet modern villa with the option of several typical Spanish towns nearby and fine small and large beaches within easy reach. Highly reccomended.

Mike, it's reviews like this that make all the hard work worthwhile. Well done to everyone who looks after the villa: housekeepers, pool man and gardeners.

I went here with my girlfriend and two friends and we had the most relaxing, fun time. I never usually write reviews of anything - but thought I would as we really had such a perfect holiday. The villa was perfect and a really really resonable price compared to the other places weve stayed in in the area. It was clean, new and set out in such a way that we were spoiled for choice for where to hang out. Its a beautiful place - really private if you want to sunbathe as theres this lovely walled pool area. I see that one of the other comments said there wasnt a welcome pack - but I found lots of helpful easy to read maps and directions to waterfalls on the counter as well as road maps and helpful advice like where to find all types of things. I am going to go back later in the year with my family to celebrate a birthday there. Sitting out on the sofas and looking up at the all the stars is just a magical experience. I would definately recommend this place to a friend - sure is a welcome break from the city! Cant wait to visit again!

I have stayed at the villa twice. It is extremely well equipped and unlike a lot of Spanish villas, everything is very trendy and contemporary. The terrace at the front of the villa has a sofa and armchairs and is a great place to read a book in the sunshine. The arched courtyard with the large pool is a private place to sunbathe.Highly recommended. 5 starCarmen

A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNERSThis review can hardly be called unbiased because we are the owners, however we thought you'd like to hear our views for what they are worth ...The villa is unbelievably peaceful and yet you can be in the middle of abustling resort or beach within 5 minutes.Having an extremely good supermarket, Pepe la Sal on site where you can buy almost evrerything you can in England if that's what you want is useful. There is an excellent fish and meat counter, and an in-store bakery. Next door is cafe/restaurant/bar with a pool where you can eat whilst the children have a swim.We often combine a visit with an overnight stay in Valencia. A city that seems to get better every year. In 2007 the whole marina was redeveloped for the Americas Cup and is well worth a visit day or night for excellent restaurants and bars of all price ranges. If you like windsurfing the Denia centre is worth a visit.
