Agents superb and supportive with great communication all the time. Helped for early check in for small payment. Always book with these. Villa just as described. Quiet location however we wanted this as usually stay in this area and rent a car for easy access everywhere. Just up road from airport. Lovely to see the sea and golfers. Villa has 3 bedrooms - air con in each with fan. Seldom used air con as Villa surprisingly cool for August and used ceiling fans instead. Best beds ever for comfort in double and single bedded rooms. Great storage, loads of sockets, two large bathrooms very well equipped and good supply of towels. Open plan living with everything needed including usual washing machine, dishwasher, good size fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, iron etc etc. Could not get tv or anything to work including Netflix however loved the fact that we had peace and did not miss at all. Great internet which was extremely reliable. Very spacious, great to have comfy furniture and a recliner! Even played scrabble. Found a cupboard with hoover, mop etc as we do like to keep clean and tidy and due to high wind dust does blow in. Surprised 1/2 way through 10 night stay lady came in to swap towels and bed linen. We were going to wash ourselves so saved a job. Plenty of outdoor space with loungers and mats, table and chairs with plentiful supply of soft cushions. 2 BBQs which were immaculate and clean. Usual leftovers of new charcoal etc to use if needed. Swimming pool fab, good size, not heated for our stay and was very refreshing in the heat. Plenty of room for our family in the property and outside space and pool. Windy area but helps to keep cool in the sun. Good to see the sea and we crossed golf course and within 4 minutes walk was in a lovely cove with easy sea access. Good for swimmers but would not recommend this part of sea for young kids but then you have the pool and fine sandy beaches 10-15 minutes drive away. Loved location as peaceful however great short sea walk to takeaways and restaurants. SAN Blas has good places to eat. Supermarkets short journey away. Would not recommend to those who want a central lively resort all of the time - as we had car was able to enjoy best of everything. Highly recommended this villa - the one we wanted to book from last year was not available (over the road) but pleased as we had the opportunity to golf watch and see more. No dangerous golf ball incidents. 5 star review and would book again. As with any villa they do show signs of wear and tear in odd places but we were very very happy here. It always helps to have good size beds that are comfy to enable fantastic rest with everything you could possibly need. Thank you to the owner for renting out at a good price.Read more
Upon Arrival to the Villa we had to wait over 1 hour to gain entry, despite many attempts to contact Marcos as instructed (when we had cleared baggage collection) certainly not Ideal especially for the toddler and baby in our group. We finally gained entry with little if any instruction as to how anything worked. There was no Welcome pack and no second cot which we had requested and paid for. I contacted Marcos who was very apologetic and put it down to a very busy change round day (not really our problem!) A second cot was brought immediately and when I mentioned the lack of welcome pack we were told to drop by the restaurant for free cava etc ( even though this was complimentary anyway). Ok enough of the negatives which are observations and not complaints. We spent a fabulous two weeks in the lovely Villa. The situation is superb with stunning views over the Golf Course to the Sea. Despite being on the direct flight path to the Airport the novelty of low flying planes soon ran out. As mentioned the Villa is situated directly next to a golf course and in particular the pitch and put area. Miss hit golf balls did end up on a daily basis in the grounds of the Villa which I believe should be taken up with the golf club as I do think this is an accident waiting to happen I think the Club should be responsible for providing some kind of barrier between the Villa and the course to prevent any injury to your clients. The Kitchen in the Villa is very well stocked plenty of equipment, Lovely grounds with plenty of lounging and eating areas. I do think the Villa is in need of a little tlc the smaller bedroom upstairs was definitely in need of decorating (very tatty) with hairdryers and broken fans needing replacing. When we had any queries Marcos was quick to address them and was very helpful. We really did had a wonderful time and would recommend the Villa and stay there again. I do believe a little more attention to detail keeping on top of decorating etc would raise the rating from 4 to 5 star.Read more

First of all, we would highly recommend this villa to any couple or family. Before our arrival, the contact with the owners was great in answering our questions which made us feel very relaxed before we even got there. Upon arrival, this was made so easy with the key safe being there so we were able to get in as soon as we arrived. Upon entering the villa, we found it very clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The rooms are all perfecly adequate and the main bedroom has a good en suite. The property has a safe where you can store your valuables and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the villa even has things like plug adaptors and hairdryers so you can literaly turn up with your clothes, sun creams and food and start enjoying your holiday straight away. We would recommend doing an onilne shop prior to going that you can get deliverd when you arrive. Alternatively, there is a large supermarket a short taxi ride away to do a 'big'' shop and there is a local supermarket at the top of the road to top up on things which we used for beverages, just to stay hydrated of course. The pool area is fantastic, it is larger than it looked in the pics, not overlooked and totally private with walls surrounding it all the way round which are covered by the lovely plants and trees. It is very clean, well maintained as is the dining area and sofas which were lovely to sit at and eat and chill out. The BBQ at the villa was a great addition so just purchase some charcoal from the local supoermarket and you have the option to eat at the villa without going out for food tha we did a couple of times in the day. You can see the sea from here which made it even more idyllic. With the villa being at the end of the road, it was quiet and just a 1 minute walk to be on the costal path that you can walk all the way in to town via. A little about the resort, we went in June so some of the local bars were closed but there is the Swing bar and Terrace bar which are both within walking distance. The Terrace bar is lively with a lively owner called Andy and open until the last person standing. In the town, there are more bars and restuarants and we would recommend the 19th hole, the bar at the end of the Harbour wall and also, the excellent Golden Bay for a chinese meal. The photo's are great but do not do this amazing villa justice as it is even better in real life. Again, we would recommend this beautiful villa to anyone and we enjoyed it so much, we are looking to book it again for later this year. Thank you so much for the use of your incredible villa and we hope to be back very soon. Peter and Caroline.Read more
