Villas in Mato Serrão

The villa is in a great position (sun all day!) and location within easy walking distance of shops restaurants and bars. Beautiful pool very well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen everything you need.

This property is simply stunning in every way. As a family with teenage/adult children, it had everything we could wish for. Spotlessly clean (and thoroughly cleaned mid week of a one week stay). Great communication with the agent. 20-25 minute walk to centre of Carvoeiro (uphill coming home) but that didn’t bother us. And there are some restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket also close by. All in all a perfect stay.

This is an amazing villa, everything you need for a family holiday. Had an amazing time and would definitely return. First class service from booking to payment, transfers from airport, everything spot on. Thank you we had a fantastic family holiday. Would definitely recommend.

We have just returned from this villa (July 2019). The villa is stunning & so are the grounds. Everything is kept immaculate. We loved every minute staying here. It is positioned in a very peaceful area where all you can hear is the birds. We paid for the pool to be heated & it was lovely & warm & worth every penny. A cleaner comes every day which we thought was a bit excessive. she would arrive around 11am & would still be there when we wanted to start making lunch but we felt we should wait as we did not want to be under her feet. We did not find a beach 700m away, only cliff tops. We did ask the rep where it was & she replied she was not aware of one being 700m away. We thankfully hired a car which you will 100% need for Shopping, Restaurants, & trips to the beautiful beaches. The roads are brilliant to drive on as they are so quiet. We would highly recommend this Villa. You will not be disappointed when you arrive, just blown away with how beautiful it is.

The villa was understated from first impressions but actually was extremely well thought out and worked extremely well in providing areas of sun and shade when necessary. The pool was a little restricted for swimming but was sufficient for cooling down. Overall a great villa in a good location but in need of a little more TRC and the beds were very firm to say the least. Some of the equipment would benignity from an overhaul but value for money and the layout were excellent. We feel as with most holiday lets that the villa would be exceptional if the owners were to live in the premises for a few days to ensure all of the equipment and facilities functioned appropriately. That said the villa represent good value and generally meet our expectations.

Excellent villa. Clean with all you require. Brilliant BBQ area, brilliant pool area, all in all a fantastic stay full of home comforts. Dog issue seems to have resolved itself as never heard a peep from any dog. Would go back. Only negative issue was we were only issued with one key between seven of us. Made it quite awkward at times when the younger contingent wanted to do things away from the oldies. Apart from this an excellent week in an excellent villa.
