The property is situated in a peaceful residential area and has beautiful countryside, farmland and mountain views. The house is in an ideal location within walking distance of Nerja's many amenities, yet with stunning views of rural Andalucia - the best of both worlds!

It is a 3 bedroom house but when rented as a 1 bedroom you have the whole of the house and outdoor areas to yourselves. We simply lock the 2 smaller bedrooms and pass the savings on to you. A perfect and spacious option for a couple.

Having undergone a complete renovation , our house is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout and is very well equipped.

The house boasts a spacious sunny terrace at the front and a patio at the rear. Both are perfect for alfresco dining. In addition, the main bedroom has its own balcony, again with magnificent views.

The property is situated in a quiet urbanisation built in the traditional Andalucian style, with well kept gardens, pleasant walkways and a communal swimming pool. There are 2 pools and very rarely are either of them crowded. At most times of the year you may even find yourself swimming alone!! There is ample free parking should you wish to hire a car.

The centre of Nerja is about a 20 minute walk from the house or a taxi will cost the minimum fare of 6 euros, There is also a local bus costing around 1 euro.

The nearest shop is extreemly well stocked and about a 5 minute walk from the house. There is also an excellent bar /restaurant that has occasional entertainment again only 3 minutes or so from the house.
On Sunday and Tuesday there is a market on the urbinisation. The Sunday market is a car boot, great to wander round, whilst the Tuesday market sells delicious fruit and veg as well as the usual tourist items.

Overall, the house is a perfect base for a wonderful, romantic holiday for the descerning couple .
