Our villa is a fine example of Ottoman heritage, set in a historical part of Antalya, Kaleiçi. Every detail of the villa is completed with traditions of Ottomans and shows the wealth of that time. Hand painted ornaments on the walls, pictures, hangings, ornate jugs and vases, one is an original example from Seljuk times, elegant kilims, beds with splendid Ottoman brass bedsteads, handmade bedspreads, all of these tell you immediately that this is something special.

Ground Floor: Large living room with a fine marble fountain includes dining area; study room with a huge desk; a specious shower room; kitchen/breakfast room with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, high quality fittings.

First Floor: Mezzanine floor, which serves as a living area; balcony with views across old and new Antalya and the bay below; bathroom, with washing machine; master double bedroom; twin bedroom.

Basement: Utility room with tumble dryer and ironing board.

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we have a few important rules in place:

-Please note that for bookings at Villa Ugurlu, a 15-day prior notification is required.
-Refundable 300€ security deposit required upon arrival.
-Cancellation of reservations for Ugurlu is not accepted and no refunds will be provided.
-No pets are allowed on the premises.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We kindly ask you to respect this rule and use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
-We kindly inform you that Villa Ugurlu is exclusively for adult guests. Regrettably, children under the age of 15 are not allowed on the premises.
