3. To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music, fireworks, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
4. Hosting events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, or similar) requires prior government approvals. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.
5. Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.
6. Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
