Welcome to Leafy Green Stays, a cosy, family-run homestay in Negombo, Sri Lanka, offering a private and comfortable studio for couples and independent travellers.

Your Private Studio

Our studio is attached to our family home but has its own separate entrance, allowing guests to enjoy privacy and independence throughout their stay. The space is thoughtfully arranged in a clean, modern and minimalist style, creating a relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind after a day of exploring.

The studio accommodates a maximum of two guests and features a comfortable bedroom, a private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a kitchenette for added convenience. A refrigerator is also provided to keep your drinks and groceries fresh. The studio offers a pleasant garden view, adding a touch of greenery to your stay.

Outdoor Space and Hospitality

Guests can enjoy a small garden area with seating, providing a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. As your host, I live in the main house and am available to assist with local information or practical needs while respecting your privacy.

The property is situated in a calm residential neighbourhood, offering a peaceful setting away from the busiest tourist areas while remaining conveniently connected. Negombo Beach is approximately 2.8 km away, and Bandaranaike International Airport is about 12.5 km away. The main road is nearby, making it convenient to access Negombo town, local shops, restaurants and other attractions.

Guests can explore the beach, enjoy fresh seafood and Sri Lankan cuisine, discover local markets, experience the town's fishing heritage or arrange excursions to explore more of Sri Lanka.
