Villa Palmera

Villa Palmera is a detached holiday villa with a private pool and a Mediterranean garden in a quiet residential area of Marratxí, only about 10 minutes from Palma and 12–15 minutes from Palma airport. It sleeps up to 8 guests and is ideal for families and small groups of friends.

The house has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with windows. One bedroom, a bathroom and the kitchen are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and the house also has central heating for the cooler months. The modern kitchen has a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine and crockery for eight. Meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table indoors or outside on the terrace. Wi-Fi, satellite TV and streaming, a PS4 and board games are available, as well as a washing machine, dryer and iron.

Outside you will find the private pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue and a garden with palm trees and bougainvillea. From the south terrace you look out over the Tramuntana mountains – perfect for the first coffee in the morning and for watching the sunset. Free parking is available right at the house.

Bed linen, towels, pool towels and bathrobes are included. A cot, high chair and children's games are available. Pets are welcome free of charge.

Location: Palma's old town, the cathedral, restaurants and shops are about 10 minutes away by car. The beaches of the Bay of Palma, golf courses, cycling routes and the villages of the Tramuntana are easy to reach. A bus and train stop (Pont d'Inca Nou) is about 1 km away. A hire car is recommended; our partner can hand over the car directly at the airport. Our local host welcomes you on arrival and is there for you during your stay.
