Outside, the villa’s private heated swimming pool sits within a lovely garden setting, surrounded by sunny terraces where you can stretch out on loungers, read in the shade or enjoy a match at the ping pong table for a little healthy competition. An outdoor dining area and barbecue provide the perfect spot for sizzling piri-piri chicken as the sun goes down.

Set near the village of Boliqueime, Villa Bela Luz enjoys a countryside setting while remaining close to the coast. Traditional cafés, local markets and golden beaches are all within easy reach.

Villa Bela Luz is located near the traditional Algarve village of Boliqueime, a hilltop community known for its whitewashed houses, small cafés and local character. At the centre of the village is the Igreja Paroquial de São Sebastião, a striking church with a bright white façade and beautifully painted wooden ceilings. The nearby square often hosts local gatherings and an antique market on the first Sunday of each month. For something a little different, Gosto Interiores + Arte is a well-known design store set in converted warehouses, filled with vintage pieces, home décor and locally crafted finds.

The golden sands of Praia da Falésia are just a short drive away, stretching for miles beneath dramatic red and orange cliffs that glow at sunset. The surrounding countryside also offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling and jeep safaris through almond and olive groves.

Nearby Vilamoura is one of the Algarve’s most stylish coastal destinations, known for its vibrant marina, championship golf courses and lively restaurants. Often referred to as the “Monaco of Portugal”, it’s a popular hub for boat trips, watersports and evenings spent strolling along the marina lined with cafés, boutiques and yachts.
