Offering 220m² of living space on a 600m² plot, the villa features five double bedrooms, a double sofa bed, four full bathrooms, and a guest toilet.

Each bedroom benefits from independent air conditioning and heating, while additional features include satellite television, bedroom safes, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances. End of stay cleaning
Yes, standard changeover clean included. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
