Arranged across a main house and a separate annex linked by a covered porch, the villa offers 220m² of living space set within a 600m² plot. Features such as thick walls, carefully planned orientation and a double fireplace at the heart of the living area reflect the property's connection to the island's architectural heritage, while thoughtful details throughout contribute to a comfortable and practical living environment.

Designed for relaxed stays, the villa is equipped with a range of modern amenities. Each bedroom features independent air conditioning and heating, while the kitchen includes Siemens appliances such as an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Additional facilities include satellite television, bedroom safes, a laundry area with washer and dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine and bathrooms fitted with Porcelanosa rain-effect showers and bathtubs. Outside, guests can enjoy furnished terraces, a barbecue area, a solarium with sun loungers and hammocks, and a garage with an automatic door.

End of stay cleaning
Yes, standard changeover clean included. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.



For stays longer than one week, a mid stay clean and linen change is included.
