Casa Formentera V has been designed to reflect the character of a traditional Formentera home while offering the comfort and practicality of a modern villa. Thoughtful architectural features, including thick walls, carefully considered orientation and a central double-sided fireplace, help create a comfortable environment throughout the year. Offering 220m² of living space on a 600m² plot, the villa comprises five double suites spread across a main house and a separate annex connected by a covered porch, along with four full bathrooms, a guest toilet and a double sofa bed.

The villa is equipped with a wide range of facilities for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom benefits from independent air conditioning and heating, while the fully equipped kitchen features Siemens appliances including an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Additional amenities include satellite television, bedroom safes, a laundry area with washer and dryer, and bathrooms fitted with rain-effect showers and spa features. Outside, guests can enjoy furnished terraces, a barbecue area, a solarium with sun loungers and an automatic garage door for added convenience.

End of stay cleaning
Yes, standard changeover clean included. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
