With 200m² of living space set within a 600m² plot, the villa offers four double bedrooms, a double sofa bed, and three full bathrooms.

The villa is equipped with a range of features designed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning in each room, a chimney, and a fully fitted kitchen. Additional amenities include a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, satellite television, safes in the bedrooms, and bathrooms fitted with rain-effect showers and spa features. Outdoor spaces include a barbecue area, furnished terraces with table and chairs and a solarium with loungers, perfect for long afternoons spent relaxing outside.

Formentera is reached via Ibiza Airport, followed by a ferry crossing to the island. The transfer from the airport to the port in Ibiza is straightforward, and the ferry journey itself is relatively short, making the overall trip simple and manageable despite the island setting. Once on Formentera, getting around is easy, allowing you to make the most of everything the island has to offer.

End of stay cleaning
Yes, standard changeover clean included. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.



For stays longer than one week, a mid stay clean and linen change is included.
