Villa Sierramar enjoys a wonderfully peaceful setting on Ibiza’s sought-after southwest coast, perfectly positioned between the charming coves of Cala Carbó and Cala Vadella. Despite its tranquil feel, the villa remains conveniently connected. Ibiza Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away (around 12 km), making arrival and departure refreshingly easy. Security deposit
€2,000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Yes, included in the rental price. Please note that excessive use of energy (like the air conditioning, for example), may result in an extra charge. Please be mindful of your energy use and enquire if you require more information.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If allowed, a supplement charge may apply, payable to Oliver's Travels. Please request this during the booking process.

A pool safety net and pool alarm system are available on request and for an additional charge (payable with the balance). Please note these features must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday. The owner is open to arrivals on other days outside of peak season, so please enquire if this is something you're looking for.

End of stay cleaning
Yes, standard changeover clean included. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Not permitted.

Other 2
Please note that if you wish to have a third-party vendors visit the property (chef, personal trainer, masseuse, etc) this must first be approved by the property manager. Please enquire with us before booking or directly with the property manager once in the property.

Minimum stay
4 nights during Winter 2026. 7 nights for the rest of the year. The owner is open to shorter stays where there are gaps between bookings or during the off-peak season, so please enquire if this is something that interests you.

Heating costs included?
Yes, included in the rental price.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €475 per week or €67.85 per day (payable with the balance payment). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival as the property manager requires 4 days in advance to heat the pool fully. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
