From the moment you enter, Villa Calypso I impresses with its double-height glass façade, elegant minimalist décor, and feature sculpture that sets the tone for what lies within. The villa’s layout offers flexibility and flow, with two large living areas, a designer kitchen with garden access, and air-conditioned bedrooms styled for rest and comfort. An internal courtyard with bonsai tree adds a Zen-like feel, while the tropical gardens outside – dotted with palms, banana plants, and manicured lawns – provide a lush backdrop to your stay.

Leisure takes centre stage outdoors, where a 22.5-metre pool glistens alongside a ten-person jacuzzi, two chill-out areas, and a sunken lounge made for relaxed conversation. Security deposit
€1,500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Please note that the full capacity of 14 guests includes the use of 2 fold out beds in bedroom 6, accommodating 2 guests. Please request these during the booking process.

Changeover day
Saturday in peak season. Flexible at other times.

End of stay cleaning
Extra €225, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking Allowed?
Smoking and vaping are not permitted.

Minimum stay
7 nights in peak season, 3 nights at other times.

Heating costs included?
An additional charge of €300 per week (after that pro rata) applies to bookings between 01/01/26 - 15/04/26 and 21/10/2026 - 31/12/2026, payable locally.
