Villa Serenità is a spacious and enchanting seafront retreat set along the beautiful coastline of Massa Lubrense on the Sorrentine Peninsula. Overlooking the sparkling waters and the island of Capri, the villa enjoys a privileged position right by the sea, offering privacy, panoramic views, and a tranquil atmosphere while remaining close to charming coastal villages and local amenities.

Spanning approximately 250m² and arranged over multiple levels, the villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The ground floor features a generous open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, a dining table for eight, and air conditioning throughout. A fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, making it ideal for preparing meals to enjoy indoors or on the sea-view terrace. French doors open onto furnished outdoor spaces where al fresco dining and sunset drinks become daily rituals.

Internal stairs lead to additional terraces and outdoor seating areas, enhancing the villa’s connection to the coastline. A small above-ground pool (open seasonally) offers a refreshing place to cool off while admiring the view.

Villa Serenità includes four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. With direct sea access, private parking, and multiple terraces designed for relaxation, this coastal haven provides an exceptional base for exploring the natural beauty and seaside charm of Campania.

Security deposit
€400 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning
Extra €300, payable locally. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
