Casa Avrelia is a spacious two-storey country house with both front and back entrances, set in a peaceful rural location with mountain views.
Ground floor
You enter through a large, welcoming entrance hall. To the right is a private section with a small corridor, a bathroom and a generous master bedroom overlooking the garden and fountain – ideal for couples with small children. A cot and high chair are available on request.
You have high-speed 5G internet.
The open-plan living and dining area seats 8 people and features a fireplace, television, board games, books and toys for children. Next to it is a fully equipped separate kitchen with a breakfast area (round table and four chairs). Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room, complete with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
From here a door leads to the private gym, which includes another bathroom. The gym is equipped with a Concept 2 rowing machine, an exercise bike, weights, a bench press and a full set of barbells and dumbbells.
First floor
Upstairs you will find a second master bedroom with views over the large garden and the mountains, plus two additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has its own terrace, large wardrobes and comfortable beds.
Outdoor living
The house has a southern orientation, which means even in the winter months in front of the house it is warm and pleasant during the day. The pool and patio face south-west, so you can enjoy the evening sun for outdoor dining and swimming. A night swim under the stars is truly magical.
As the property is located in the countryside, the night sky is exceptionally clear. On a cloudless night you can easily see the Milky Way, constellations and planets.

Parties are not allowed and in this zone they are also illegal. No smoking inside the property and quiet hours between 22:00-9:00.
